The plant Yuanzhong is specialized in the manufacturing of motor iron cores since 1986. Stator and rotor laminations are stamped from electrical steel (Bao Steel and Wu Steel) in over 20,000 m² production area. We can offer the highly economical solution which based on custom-made from small series to mass production as you wish. Yuanzhong is ISO 9001: 2008, GB / T19001-2008 certified.
The main products are stators, rotors and pole ring for the manufacture of electric drives. We attach great importance to flexibility, reliability and we can offer very competitive conditions.
In the case of stators, we offer welded versions for smaller series, manufactured with CNC-controlled welding robots. For larger series, we offer high quality parts using progress tools. We work with a very reliable punching tool manufacturer and are also able to offer very cost-effective punch progress tools.
